This page records every closed sale Jason and Missy Improta have handled since 2004, taken directly from the multiple listing service (CRMLS). It includes each transaction where Jason or Missy represented the buyer, the seller, or both. Where does this sales data come from?
Every figure on this page comes from closed-sale records in CRMLS, the multiple listing service for our region, for Jason Improta (DRE #01432200) and Melissa “Missy” Improta (DRE #01265975). To keep the numbers accurate:
- Each transaction is counted once, even when we represented both the buyer and the seller (18 transactions).
- Duplicate MLS entries for the same sale have been removed.
- Leases are excluded.
- Street names are shown without house numbers to protect our clients’ privacy.
- Missy’s New York sales from 1998 to 2004 are not included, because they predate our California MLS records.
