Ross started his career as a customer service professional with AT&T and Intuit Quickbooks, working with them for 4 years. He then joined JP Morgan Chase as a Tier II Business Banking Representative and a Team Leader for 8 years. In those roles, Ross provided high-quality service and support to business clients, handled complex inquiries/issues, and ran his own team, coaching and mentoring them to success.
Ross started with The Improta Team in 2022 as a real estate Transaction Coordinator, handling administrative tasks, preparing/reviewing contracts, and assisting with contract-to-close items. Ross excels in his diligent work ethics and strong client communication skills. He has been an integral part of The Improta Team client’s seamless backend experience.
