Rates have come down: Buyers are already jumping back into the market after pausing as rates accelerated.
Rates will continue to trend downward: with the news of several rate decreases, buyers will continue to enter the market throughout the year.
Spring is the season to get the highest P/SF: every year we see the highest price per square foot numbers come out around June signaling that going under contract in the spring months gets a premium.
