Born and raised in Southern California, Katie has been active in the real estate industry since 2008. After graduating from the inaugural class of Westlake Village’s Oaks Christian High School, she attended U.C. Irvine for her undergraduate degree in English, then Concordia University for her Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), and Master’s degree in International Studies (MAIS).
First working as an assistant for a top producing agent at Coldwell Banker in Westlake Village, soon after she worked as a real estate sales associate at Coldwell Banker for 10 years, focusing on the Ventura and Los Angeles county regions. After graduating with her master’s degrees, she transitioned into a new position managing a boutique commercial real estate brokerage that specialized in central coast hotel sales of 20 million or less.
In 2018, Katie joined The Improta Team as their Director of Operations, specializing in home sales in Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Calabasas and surrounding areas.
